She was for the first 3 sets, but it looks like she's back to Opp. The others they had playing Opp (and passing) just weren't doing anything meaningful.

Naz just isn't playing well today... obviously the passing isn't helping her but still

Gabi is so undersized. The Brazilians are masters of tooling and tipping.. we need to learn this skill.

Really wanting to watch these matches on semis: Vakif x Fener and Vitra x Galata, considering the rosters of the teams. If the semis follow the normal: Vakif x Galata and Vitra x Fener, but these arrangement have resulted in a huge upset on season 2016/2017, when Galata eliminated Vakif with Zhu, and Fener sent Vitra (currently World Champ) back home...

Fenerbahce's schedule over the next two weeks will be quite daunting. 2/6 vs. Eczacibasi Vitra (CEV CHLeague Leg 5) 2/8 vs. Galatasaray (VVSL) Fen. lost to them 3-1 in the first half of the season. 2/12 vs. Vakifbank (VVSL) Fen. swept them 3-0 in the first half of the season. 2/15 vs. Eczacibasi Vitra (VVSL) Fen. lost to them 3-2 in the first half of the season and in the first leg of the CEV CHLeague. At this point, bringing Karsta instead of Jordan doesn’t sound too bad at all. 🤣

At this point, bringing Karsta instead of Jordan doesn’t sound too bad at all. 🤣 I reckon that her stats will improve once Vargas becomes effective again. But yeah, she’s not having a good transition from college to pro. Karsta is proving herself in Busto but then again there are 5 other girls scoring effectively so the burden is not on hers alone.

I'm not sure about Lowe, she's playing so so lately. I also think it was better for Thompson to sign with a middle level team in Italy first rather than ambitious team like Fenerbahce.

She’s starting though in the absence of Mihajlovic which is a stroke of luck. This is a good experience. She needs to get stronger though because her armswing is not in the caliber of top opposites right now. I believe OH is her destined position, she has good defense but her reception needs a lot of work.
