Because I personally believe that Baylor is over rated! They live off one players production and when she is off the team folds, i.e. Baylor in Austin!

If you are listing all the players that would be expected to play, the Washington lineup should include #11 Crenshaw as a DS.

Pressley has not led the team in kills in any of the tournament games and they are winning in convincing fashion. Regardless, I’ll take a Pressley-led squad in the Elite 8 over the orange team that didn’t make it past an unseeded team in their home gym.

This is the farthest they have ever been. Everyone can’t suck every year. When they have competed at this level consistently for more then one year, we can talk. I’m glad they are having one good year. It just will be short lived. We will see how they do going further. You enjoy the ride, they won’t win a national title, that I know! And we will see you next year when we reload and Baylor looks for transfer to fill their roster! P.S. and yes I believed Texas was over rated this year too. They are still missing the right pieces to compete at the highest level and sustain it!

I don’t understand why a team experiencing new success would be a reason to wish they lose. Parity should be celebrated in this sport instead of seeing the same few teams make it every year. If you really think Baylor is playing as a one-woman show, then you truly have not paid attention. Unless you are referring to van der Mark as she has lead Baylor in kills in every single tournament match.
