The strategy was to eliminate Mudinger in semis, then lose in Finals to Treo so his brother could pick up the easy points in the Dominican NORCECA Tour Finals. That’s a lot of confidence in themselves trying to go up against the hottest USA men’s team in the last few weeks 😂 The Taylors played them even up to that serve that was/n't in.

Do you think he meant throw the finals for just himself.. Or to make sure his brother won it all in the end…? No he definitely was talking about giving the win to Trevor. If that’s what he’s saying publicly, I also wouldn’t put it past him to somehow convince Andy and Miles to drop out of Doha last month.

Taylor just admitted in chat that he only played the tournament in order to potentially throw the finals . . . the level of professionalism in this sport . . . Pretty sure Chris was joking around when he asked that

You have a very low opinion of Miles and Andy. Before seaincook came on the Doha post stating that Miles was rehabbing his elbow, you had this same conspiracy theory. Then you say that they have lost their passion for the game. And now again, saying that their integrity could be bought. Why? Did they hurt you somehow? Just because they don't go to every possible tournament? The benefit of their early successes is that they can pick and choose when to fly around the world and compete and when they can take a beat to fully recover and work on some issues that arose from their last few lackluster tourneys. Is it because they don't post every minute of their volleyball lives? They didn't post much before or during their successes, why expect them to switch it up and start posting a bunch now? Especially if one of them is coming back from an injury. Miles didn't even have his own IG page until early last year. Apparently Miles just launched his website. Maybe he'll post more frequent updates on there. Maybe that will appease you enough to ease up on the conspiracy theories and from being a doubting Thomas.

Forgot to mention... Day/Flint apparently were no-shows. Their names on the bracket printout were scratched out with a pen. The women's tournament was won 15-10 in the 3rd set by Molly (Turner) Shaw and ... forget who her partner is. *edit( just looked it up. A player I've never seen play, Chloe Noreen. Anyway, will be good FIVB points in case Turner wants to play more FIVB Pro Tour.

Before seaincook came on the Doha post stating that Miles was rehabbing his elbow, you had this same conspiracy theory. Was it his elbow? Or was it his shoulder? Or did they drop out due to a completely different reason that Travis was pushing? Y’all need to get your stories straight! And if you’d bothered to check, it wasn’t me who proposed the conspiracy theory in the first place, I just wondered whether it had any legs. I look forward to reading Miles’s web site. Maybe he’ll use it to keep fans informed and promote the sport.

I think if it were two teams it would have been a 16 team qualifier, having read that link posted on the first page. On second read it doesn't specifically say that. However, when I was there today it was very clear we are sending one team per gender. I assume that is because this particular NORCECA Tour Finals only invited one team per Federation per gender.

It hasn't been long, but Travis seems to have done the impossible and made Tri and Chaim worse
