I’m really fascinated to see how the Karch kumbaya translates to the men’s team. Particularly with the stronger personalities like DeFalco and Christenson (assuming they both stick around for LA which I’m assuming they will).

Not in love with this choice based on what I perceive to be bizarre management choices and lack of in-game coaching on the women's side, but maybe what he does/doesn't do will translate better to the men's side. But if he just wants to put hot people on the team, I can happily sit back and watch this quad. Semi-joking.

I think this is fascinating.
Ok here is my wild take ...
Karch was a fierce competitor and I don't think the way he coached the women's team was his truly authentic self. I think he built a culture and coached in a way he thought would be most successful. I do not believe he will coach the men the same way. There will be more fire. Either way, I hope he can keep Weber on staff.
