By WHOMST?! They beat ranked USC and then wrecked Ohio State last week. After having been swept by WI 8 days ago, or thereabouts And Wisco swept PSU one day ago…ILL scored more points than PSU |

I'll have to say, I don't get Creighton being behind PSU. But whatevs. When you have 61 people voting, and the difference is only 8 points, it is just a matter of 3 or 4 ballots having PSU ranked higher. Say, 32 have PSU at 4-5 and 29 have Creighton at 5 - 7. |

You could probably do the math, but it means , for examples, 8 more voters had PSU at 4 and Creighton at 5 than had Creighton at 4 and Penn State at 5, — or 4 voters had PSU two slots higher. In any event, fair to ask why. Or whatev. |
