Not to mention losing to Tech in 4!!! Yikes what's up? Is Tech really that good of a team? Not playing all starters in that particular game? ...and what's up with can't wait for Hawaii thing? Why is it that everytime everyone(esp. NMSU, UNR) is always "can't wait for Hawaii?" ---Never mind I know why....but still c'mon yall! It's just a regular volleyball match! We didn't lose to Tech. We won in 4. And the reason I said we can't wait for Hawaii is that I enjoy watching them play. This is going to be a huge challenge for our team after last year's showing against them when we took them to 5 twice.. It's nice to see our team go up against them. Yeah, it's another game but to be in the WAC and facing teams that will actually challenge us is an amazing thing. Hawaii is an amazing team. To me, it's the highlight of the season to have Coach Shoji and crew in town. I only wish we weren't still at the gym. Oh hello....that was obviously a typo....sorry, just repace losing with winning in my statement. But seriously..were they?---Because my little statement was meant to imply that NMSU shouldn't have even let LTU even come close to taking a game off of them. Are the bulldogs that good?

No, I don't think the Bulldogs were that good. Game 2 seems to be an adjustment game for us. I talked to Coach after the game against No. AZ last night about our game 2 jinx. He didn't like that I called it that! Basically, he said he was doing some fine tuning during the #2 - putting in players that haven't really played, seeing how they work, using new strategies/plays. He doesn't do that in every game, tho.
