Really only two things hurt us there. Anderson and Shoji just watching the ball turn green as it whizzed passed right at them to land in, 4 times in a row and a ton of serve errors. Offensively we were okay but... sigh. I'm just hoping for a rally so they get one set. That's all I ask right now, is for one set. We need to hit smart siding out and in transition keep it close, and squeak out two points at the end.

Hey! There's the block. Where has that been so far? And this commentator needs to stop calling Kawika "Kawiki" He called someone else Caldwell at the beginning of the set and scared me.

Is Bruno really better than William? (if only the US only had Brazil's "problem" at setter.....)

I'm tired of these random passing mistakes. Lottman and Anderson looking at each other etc... *face palm*

I know what we need! Muserskiy! hahah Wouldn't make a difference, we're too timid behind the service line.

I know what we need! Muserskiy! hahah Wouldn't make a difference, we're too timid behind the service line. We need to teach our players how to do other serves when their top spin isn't going well, I mean at least a floater will cross the net and make someone play it instead of dropping into the net when things are going bad...

If we can't be effective with one serve...how the heck are we going to be effective(ie world class) with multiple types of serves? there aren't enough hours in the day....

Shoji has been effective with both a jump float and spin serve, so it is possible. Also, HEY I got my one set! I'm happy now!
