Top spin and a floater, every player should be able to switch between them at this level you would think...

That under the net violation really should have been called...

Tons of home cooking at the end of set 4.

There was no touch on the Lucarelli hit that went out of bounds.

All the bad calls went in Brazil's favor but we would've had a real chance if Caldwell hadn't started.

Tons of home cooking at the end of set 4. Right? I can't stand that. There were a lot of things in this match that I can't stand. Hopefully tomorrow is better, though I doubt it because the US is out of the finals anyway so they're probably going to just roll over, as much as it pains me to say that.

Well you didn't start watching until after the setting fiasco of the first set. Speraw needs to do what's best for the team and cut him for good.

It depends on whether Speraw wants to give Caldwell more chance to develop or K. Shoji a chance to wrap up the pool plays with a win. If the former, he may as well put Muagututia in.

Though Shoji also needs experience. Caldwell just needs more, a lot more.

Does the US win in 2008 without Ball learning from 1996 and 2000? (for the sake of us watching, I hope we're not subjected to the ugliness of those teams for the next 8 years).

Did Ball only have two years experience before starting on the NT?
