I have been told that Dunbar is in no danger. More B1G wins this year than last three years or so combined, department loves her. It's nice to have Maryland and Rutgers in the league now. Correct

Any guess on the number of D1 Head Coach openings in Ohio this offseason? I'd set the Over/Under at 3.5 Hmmm I'll take the under. Three MAC schools might have hot seats. At least one of those will keep their jobs. The other Ohio schools shouldnt be making changes, so unless someone moves up the ladder...

Both have programs that are underachieving with 3rd year head coaches.

You've gotta think Chris Willis at Davidson has to be feeling the heat.

You've gotta think Chris Willis at Davidson has to be feeling the heat. Yeah, I seriously doubt that. They are in way over their heads in the A-10 and seriously behind the rest of the league in scholarships. Davidson also has some of the toughest admissions requirements in all of Division I.

I would buy that A10 argument if they didn't go 2-8 OOC. Yes they are way behind the conference in scholarships (I think they have less than five - that may be high) and they do have high academic standards - i always felt they would be a great DIII school. Anyway I digress... since they play essentially the same schedule every year its not like they stepped up their ooc matches. They were significantly worse this year compared to his previous 3 seasons there. I've never hear many good things about him from the players... but I also know you have to really screw up (not just be awful) to get the boot from DC. Unfortunately you don't have to be good or try to be good there unless its bball.

was thinking quinnipiac or iona when I saw the MAAC mentioned. Not sure Quinnipiac cares enough to make a change.

I have read numerous posts about the Mississippi State coach being on the proverbial "hot seat". I never appreciated why. While working from home today I noticed that the Georgia vs. Mississippi State match is being broadcast, so I tuned in. I can't believe that Jenny Hazelwood actually shows that little competitive drive! During game 1 and through the first few points of game 2 she has sat on her butt with her legs crossed looking like she would rather be anywhere else in the world!
Now this coach actually needs a Hot Seat!

Montana has to be in the mix. Could they go 0fer this season? Montana is hot no more, HC resigned.
