Florida did serve well though. I mean they made all their big runs behind Collymore and Cruz's jump serves.

i would have to give it to the class of 96...Setting and the middles made it a more dynamic team then this year. the dou of crawford and robins was much better then duggins and maja/karin....ang and robyn enough said

I'm not sure if Crawford and Robins were as effective as Duggins and Gustin. I mean Crawford and Robins did benefit from Robyn's picture perfect sets. You look at the next year in 1997 when Crawford was being set by Nikki Hubbert and there was a quite a huge difference in a not-so-good way. If Duggins and Gustin were getting set by Ah Mow they probably would've been more effective than Crawford and Robins.

Adding any of those legendary blockers would have given us the weapons to win that match. I can't imagine not winning with Anjelica alongside Lily and Kim. A great block and a great offensive weapon.

In my opinion even Veronica Lima would've made a huge impact on this team. She was solid in every facet of the game and would've definitely improved our blocking numbers.

That would've been an awesome team. Just a quick question : Would Lily have struggled as much as Kim if she were on the right?
The reason I ask is because I've only seen Lily play on the right sparingly, like when Shoji wants to to give her a different position to hit from. She's done incredibly well on the right when she hits from that spot, but I want to know if she would still hit that well if she were there all the time.
Also the reason why I ask is because as a huge Lily fan I would be totally not objective in answering this question, because I think she is good at everything.

Yeah I actually think Lily would do a great job there on the right side.
I would have to disagree with Lauren Duggins at libero though. Although Lauren Duggins does have decent backrow skills for a middle blocker, she does not have it all to be the libero. I would give Nalani Yama%*$#a the position of libero or even Hedder Ilustre.

Nalani Yama%*$#a or Stephanie Shota are the 2 best DS ever played for UH imo. Did they call her Minnie Shota? Cuz they shoulda. Nalani Yama%*$#a? What a great name! Right up there with Leilani Schlottfeldt. What are the best volleyball names of all time, anyhow? Dani Busboom is good. Lauren Cacciamani. Oganna Nnanami. Logan Tom. Who else? I wanna know. I'll start a new thread.

Nalani Yama%*$#a or Stephanie Shota are the 2 best DS ever played for UH imo. I honestly don't think Stephanie Shota is one of the best DS's ever. Yes she was great in the back row, but compared to some of the DS/Liberos we had I don't think she would match up to them. I still think that Nalani Yama%*$#a and Hedder Ilustre are two of the best in history.
