What Wahine class do you folks think is the best of all-time?

The class of Lily Kahumoku, Maja Gustin, Lauren Duggins, Melissa Villaroman, Karin Lundqvist, Nohea Tano and Kim Willoughby.

I think the 2003 because of the success they had 3 Final Fours, a 3 year First Team AA, 2 Year First Team AA (1 Second Team AA), 1 Third Team AA.
They might not have won it all, but they sure gave Hawaii something to smile about.

Making it to 3 final fours is better than winning back to back championships?

Best ever because they will be missed the most. Time has a funny way of magnifying accolades. As good as we thought they seem now, they will be better a decade from now, when we can put things into perspective.

Making it to 3 final fours is better than winning back to back championships? It's a different game now Gorf. Today's players are bigger, stronger and more athletic. The 2003 class is the best in the history of the program.

Definitely this years team. I mean maybe they never won a national title, but almost every single senior on this team is ranked in at least one career top ten statistic at UH. That is pretty amazing.

Bigger, stronger, more athletic - sure as generalization.
Along the same lines though, today's players are more specialized and seem to have less all around skills.
The top players of each era would fair well in there prime in pretty much any era.
Deitre Collins would probably have decimated the current Wahine block.
As was stated by someone earlier in this thread, I think its more about who is best remembered now and less about who the best skilled players are in each era.
Kim and Lily would fit very well with any of the past Hawaii teams, I'm not so sure about most of the other players over the past few years.
Certainly Kaneo is not (yet) at the level of Robyn, and time will tell whether she can / will make it to that level.
I don't think any of the current middles come close to equalling Deitre.
To my mind Tee is very much in the same class of ability as Kim.
For myself, I'll just say that Hawaii has been blessed with a wealth of extremely gifted and personable players over the years.
Segue: There is a nice article about Tee in the latest Volleyball Magazine.

Agreed, none of the Middles could match Collins/Ljunquist/ or even Bown.

Agreed, none of the Middles could match Collins/Ljunquist/ or even Bown. I would have to say that Lauren Duggins is not quite at the level of these three, but she really established herself as one of the greats at UH. She is 4th on the all-time list in block assists and I think 7th on the all-time total blocking lists. That's a pretty great accomplishment. Maybe offensively she wasn't quite up there with these three, but definitely if she played like how she did her senior year, I think I would put her right up there with the rest of the three. I would also say that if Heather Bown actually played at UH all her four years instead of just two, she would have been one of the best all time. Because just look from the two years she played, she is in the record books and quite far up there for that matter in just two seasons at UH.

If Heather had played all 4 years at UH she would've rewritten all the blocking records at UH. In terms of pure blocking, I think she is the best we've had. I've never seen Collins or Eagye play, so I guess I'm kind of jaded in that opinion, but she was awesome.

Comparing our blockers today with Collins, Ljunquist, and Bown is pointless. We would have a national title now if we had any one of those because we would have a block!

Hawai'i lost to Florida because they couldn't pass. Of course hitting, serving, and flat out mental errors during critical portions of the match didn't help. Blocking was secondary.
The Gators wanted it more as was indicated by the game scores.
