Structurally it is fine. It is a 1927 building not upto code. The railings are too low, and the gap between the railings a small adult could fall through. The kick plates under the benches have gaps wide enough for a child's head to get caught.
The lower decks had the same issues but they added railing height and added additional kick plates. Based on current fire code standards it could probably hold 9500 if graded without reconfiguring for boxes or a balcony overlooking Camp Randall.

No idea how this will go could go either way. Hope Huskers keep up the strong play. Can't afford the bad start like last time against Wisconsin especially on the road.

The upper deck is not relevant to tonight's game, because unlike certain other schools, we have never put our visiting team's pass block there.
