I'm not ready to see veterinarian MF. I need to see USWNT member MFMF.  No kidding. Vet school can wait. I honestly don’t see a better player for the USWNT than her despite all the attention Plummer gets. They get less subs in international play and Plummer is a liability in the back row. Foecke was built for that team. |

Back to back service errors was a killer - especially when the second error is from a serving sub. Oh well, lots of pressure there.
BTW - a very tough overrule on the line call. I was surprised that the down would make it that call at that stage in the National Championship match. I guess it’s karma from the Illinois game.
Overall, no shame in the result. A huge overachievement by this team. Foecke is the greatest Husker of all time.

I know Hayley is better defensively and takes the OOS balls from Hames when needed, but Lauren's serve is better when on and they're both as inconsistent serving wise. |

Does anyone know if Kenzie has any plans to play professionally? I read that it can be tough on American liberos to play pro because of the limits on foreign players. I guess the teams don’t want to give up a spot that could be filled by a hitter. |

looks like the Stanford WHITE BOARD got accidently unveiled by the NCAA tweet. Pretty classless of Stanford, depicting an assassination attempt on Herbie? Gun control Stanford? really? such hypocritical people! This game-plan white board also has a few disgusting names for Foecke, Sun and Hames. I guess using a players # for a scouting report doesn't cut it anymore.......  |

Oh man. I can't recall the last time I was so content after a loss. Those girls played their absolute hearts out. Foecke will be sorely missed next year. What a champion. Honored to be at her last game.
