A little off topic but looking ahead to 2020 the signing of Macy and Fitzpatrick could be a real bright spot for PSU regardless of what happens with Fischer. With that being said, does anyone know if either of these players are showing signs of being ready to play immediately next year? We all know what a terminal outside would have done for PSU in 2019 so I am hoping that one of the incoming freshman step up at outside next year. If we can get Ali Franti/Deja McClendon type production (reflective of their freshman year success) from one or both of the freshman next year a final four could be in the future.
Not off topic at all.
Fitzpatrick seems the more physical and able to contribute right away, but won't know until she shows up in the gym.

Both are capable to come in and start. With Ferguson leaving that leaves Phegley, Clark, Cathey, Bailey, Parker as pins. Ive watched video on both, both are playing New Years Under Armour match as well so we will see how they play against future BIG competition. Has Ferguson been confirmed? I haven't heard good news about Phegley staying with the team (I hope they are false).
Russ has praised her many times; strong arm. She came to PSU as a MB, so it'll be tough to play there, barring injury to Hord or Gray. She could transition to a pin.
