There are NO Batman's past the top 4. Its all Robins and Carolina has shown to be the ONLY one capable of being Batman once in a while to this point in the season.

Carolina has never been Batman. Batman wins! Carolina has only shown itself to be the Joker.

Carolina has never been Batman. Batman wins! Carolina has only shown itself to be the Joker. Highest grossing Batman film = The Dark Knight. Some would argue The Joker was the main character. Next movie in line for Warner Bros / DC Comics = The Joker. Perhaps Batman vs The Joker isn’t the best analogy.

I kind of agree that it is not optimal for SCarolina to get in. Hoping that Cal/AZ or somebody else finishes strong to earn it. I'm really not a SCarolina fan. Unfortunately most of the bubbles have choked in recent weeks. So nobody really stands out. It would also be a travesty for someone to get in just because they have "no bad losses" and just a couple marginal wins over teams that don't make the tournament. Hence my current title of the thread. Interesting, this last paragraph reminds me of FIU! They have not beaten anyone above them all season and have only wins over bubble teams and no bad losses. The uncertainty makes it interesting and guarantees some fans are going to be dishing out some high last minute plane fares Sunday night since any tickets purchased before then to watch East #3 and 2 at large are anybody’s guess. The difference is that FIU has beaten EVERYONE in the East Region except for LSU and FSU. With better SOS, H2H and COP in East. You can't say any of that about any At-Large teams. FIU looks great in East criteria for East bid #3, but average in At-Large cuz they lost some close matches vs top West. When comparing these AT-Large teams there is very little cross region play so almost no data in it.

USC’s 4s and 5s are both playing like poop.

Cal loses 2-3 to ASU. Oops And Cal loses to ASU continuing the mass choke-athon for final bids. This gives COP criteria to SCarolina. I don't think a win over UCLA/USC will be enough anymore for Cal to overtake SCarolina in criteria. Another bubble popped.

Prediction:
1) UCLA 2) USC 3) FSU 4) LSU
Then in no particular order: Pepperdine, Hawaii, Stetson, FIU
Those are the eight most competitive teams IMO.
LMU probably last out.

Arizona drops from bid contention. Despite their gaudy record, they have no chance. Arizona (.4677 sos) 21-6 +CalPoly =Stanford -Stetson -Cal -USC Criteria comparison versus other bubbles: H2H: will lose or tie versus all bubbles (except CalPoly) COP: will lose to almost everyone (mostly via Stanford split) SOS: will lose to EVERYONE in NCAA OVREC: will lose to all bubbles (maybe tie a couple) with just 1 good win (CalPoly) and 1 bad loss (Stanford). Quoting the famous geddyleeridesagain"Arizona’s problems are twofold: their schedule is pathetic and they’re a bad team. Frankly, given the amount of resources/financial support it receives from U of A, that program should be a whole better than it is."

With Cal Poly winning against LBSU earlier today, is it safe to say that LBSU is probably out? I mean if they win the rest of the matches to take the Big West, then they might have a slight chance, but that is highly unlikely.
Right now it seems that the teams who are still in contention for an at-large are:
FIU or Stetson (depending on who wins the East Bid #3) Hawaii Cal Poly South Carolina (this is still on the off-chance though)

This quote from “the famous” geddy person is rude and really pisses me off. AZ isn’t a “bad team”. Maybe they lack coaching and a tough schedule, but they have some solid athletes and have played good teams tough. They have the number one 3s team in the country at 21-0 and calling them bad is just pathetic.
