Pan Am Cup and Pan Am Games (if qualified) are for B team to play, even maybe Norceca Championship (usually an A Team job)

B team will get lots of work. Guesses on week 1 roster??

I expect Anderson to take the first few weeks off at least because he just got back from Russia. Other than that no one played in Champions League finals or Italian League finals so they've had a couple weeks of rest. Aaron Russell could probably use some more time off though and not sure about jaeschke's status. I would expect something like Sander/DeFalco/Holt/Smith/Shoji/Christenson/Patch

I’m only going to be upset if all we see are the Olympians playing a ton week to week. USA is guaranteed a finals spot. Speraw will hopefully solidify the second string players for the IOQT.

Aaron Russell is still chilling in Italy right now, so that’s a no for him

Between Karch and Speraw, Speraw is by far the most willing to put new talent on the floor to prepare for the future. He's done it many times with the exception of the libero position. You will not see matches with nothing but the Rio squad out there. The younger talent will see playing time but I do think it's important he establishes a growing in-play connection between Christenson and the potential Tokyo hitters.

I’m really pulling for Josh Tuaniga to grab that second setter spot. He’s the same height as K. Shoji and I feel he could surpass him. Tuaniga, DeFalco and maaaaaybe even Ensing have real shots at making the top roster.

Between him and Tuaniga, I think Speraw leans toward Ma’a, (He even made last years World championship preliminary roster. Just nominally of course, but a signal anyway) They will fight for that spot. At the end of the day, K Shoji will be replaced before the end of the season, along with Watten

I mean let’s be real, it looks like Anderson is our #1 opp option at the moment and will be in 2020. That leaves the fourth OH to Defalco. Heck I wouldn’t be surprised if Ensing is taken over Patch because of his all around play and his consistency
