This site is as isolationist and inward-looking as America in the 20s. It's quite amusing to witness, to be honest.

I signed up with EuroVolley, but the US is blocked this year. Anybody else have luck finding a site that works?

Second round action is getting very interesting! Who knew the two French teams would be doing so well, both are undefeated in their pools?
Today's shocker saw Allianz MTV Stuttgart down Igor Gorgonzola Novara in 4 sets. Krystal Rivers had a stellar night with 28 points (2 aces, 2 blocks and 24 kills on 44 attempts for a 55% execution success rate. WHOA!
Fun fact: Megan Courtney put up the highest scoring effort for Novara with 17 points (1 block and 16 attacks on 30 attempts). Vasileva and Brakocevic didn't play their best.
Carlini really moved the ball around in Dinamo Moscow's second win this time over Maritza Plovdiv. Lots of balls still going Goncharova's way but a decent amount went to Fetisova/Lyubushkina in the middle and to Havelkova/Shcherban on the left/pipe. All had decent hitting percentages. Looks like she is starting to gel with the team which is always good to see.
Ogbogu got the start for Conegliano today putting up 12 points (4 blocks and going 8/13 on attack for a 62% execution success rate). Hill was a sub in sets 1 and 3. Conegliano swept C.S.M. Volei Alba Blaj.
Only two teams have a full 6 points after two matches (Dinamo Moscow and Nantes VB).
Congrats to all the Americans who played well today!!!

It's obvious that Vasileva can no longer play as OH, so she must be a fake Opp, like she played for Bulgaria at this year's Eurovolley.
