Really @bigwestfan2 - we get it. You don't like her. No need to jump on every mention of her and reiterate her passing grade. This. Also, for someone who has stated that they have no vested interest in the Gophers, they spend a lot of time on this thread. |

Why does data bother Gopher fans so much? I don’t think it’s that. This person has brought up CC’s passing stats so many times. It’s overkill. I think they have an agenda. |

As I said, she was the second best passer on a team that passed a collective 1.93. Kilkelly, Rollins and Hart were all worse. After the season, no UMN fans were mentioning it. |

I don’t think it’s that. This person has brought up CC’s passing stats so many times. It’s overkill. I think they have an agenda. You said it already, 456 times. I can't wait until you reply here and point out that CC passed 2.01 in conference on a 1.93 passing team or whatever. |

Why does data bother Gopher fans so much? It doesn't; but when "CC's passing was 2.01 blah blah blah 1.93" is included in every single post (like, it's basically a signature at this point) it's just annoying. WE CAN READ. WE READ THE DATA SIX TIMES ON ONE PAGE IN THIS THREAD. bigwestfan2 is just upset that no Gopher fans really care to talk about 2019's passing percentages right now. It's almost like this weird kink. |

Exactly! Regardless of the passing stats and injuries, we had a pretty successful season. We can be fans in spite of the stats. I’m not sure what the purpose is to keep posting them over and over again for a person he claims to know and a team he claims to not care about. |

Hey - just wondering if anybody knows what CC's passing stats were for 2019? I know I've read it in this thread about 14 times, but it's just so helpful to keep seeing it. I'm CC's mom and I have a traumatic brain injury so my short term memory is terrible.
Props to bigwestfan2 for posting it every few hours so I know she has a "fan" out there keeping track for me. Thanks so much!
Honestly, I'm a little curious about who you are and what your relationship to CC is since you've "known" her since she was 15??
Regardless, I do know this. CC loves being a Gopher. She plays her out every time she's on the court. She thinks there is no greater privilege than wearing maroon and gold and representing our great state of Minnesota. She isn't perfect. She has strengths and weaknesses and is well aware of both and is continually striving to improve all aspects of her game.
Thank you to the multitude of fans who keep it positive and celebrate how hard these student-athletes work to entertain us. Know you are appreciated by the players and parents of those players who get to read all the good, the bad and the ugly on here and on social media.
Life is good! The future is bright! Stay positive, folks.

I think it’s something to do with really cold winters combined with hot humid summers is why data bothers Gopher fans so much. bigwest’s intent is for us to genuflect in front of him and the great god of data analytics. He is ridiculously tone-deaf. And if you don’t respond in the proper fashion he is patronizing at a gold medal level. bigwest’s intent is to beat Gopher fans into submission with his stats. How about this, is this good enough?..... “yeah, you’re right bigwest, CC Mcgraw is the 13th best libero in the Big Ten.” okie dokie? And he says he is helping us by repeating his stat over and over again because no Gopher fans were talking about it after the season. What is he, insane? He actually claimed CC McGraw was a hindrance to the Gophers in 2019. But some of us actually watched the matches. CC’s numbers were great. 27-6, 17-3 in the Big Ten and a trip to the Final Four and she had a huge part in those numbers. Can you say “Tone Deaf”? Can you say “Patronizing”? Because these things are just as big a feature of bigwestfan2 as his authority as a “coach” and his bevy of data. |

News flash : just bc her numbers aren’t good doesn’t mean someone who is sharing them hates her.
