Most head coach's earn more money that all the scholarship players they coach combined. Including PJ's 80 scholarships.

I wasn’t expecting Rollins to transfer to Penn State but I can see her thriving there. Gabby Blossom is a great setter and Penn State has a lot more grit than Minnesota seems to have, even if we beat them both times this season. Best of luck to her although it will be weird seeing her wear the blue and white on the opposite side of the net. I believe this is a good opportunity for her. That's a weird observation. Grit. How are you defining that? |

Just saw Katie Myers' instagram post explaining why she wasn't playing at the end of the season. I don't think anyone speculated the real cause. And the reason was....? She basically said that she was fixating on food choices, limiting foods she ate, limiting meals, etc., based on performance and how she thought she looked, and it spiraled out of control into an eating disorder. Sounded like it got pretty bad.
I'm absolutely glad she decided to focus on her therapy and recovery to try to beat it. Sounds like she has made good progress.
She only mentioned putting volleyball "on pause", and that sounded like past tense (so assuming this spring season). It didn't talk about giving up volleyball moving forward. But regardless, absolutely she needs to do what is best for her in this sense.

Has anyone heard anything about Stephanie? No baseless rumors, she could still be deciding, i’m just very curious. I don’t think she will come back, but it would be a bit of a game changer if she did/MN added a few nice transfers.
