• Posted 78 total helpers, 26 digs and six aces to help Rutgers to its first-ever win over the Hoosiers, first-ever Big Ten home-opening win and also marked the first-time a Big Ten opponent was held to single digits in a set
• The junior currently has 2,056 career assists and ranks seventh all-time at Rutgers

Too bad OSU wasn't able to get their second match in with MSU before B1G weekly awards. Londot could have easily been this week's FOW. Hopefully they include that second match in their consideration of next weekend's stats?

If it's any consolation, she's obviously making a darn good case for B1G FOY by season's end. Kinda looks like a race between Londot and Shaffmaster.

On the other hand, it's disappointing that we haven't been able to seen freshmen like Jess Mruzik or AC Fitzpatrick yet.

girl Londot is doing way more for her team. Robison is amazing but without her Wisconsin is still 4-0 without Emily OSU could easily be 1-3 rn

FOY is not an MVP award. Still voters do tend to value 6 rotation OHs more than 3 rotation hitters, or setters. So I think Landot has an advantage there. It's not a slam dunk though, and there is a lot of season to play. The award typically goes to someone on one of the teams that finishes top as I remember. Landot could be an exception to that rule.

it’s Londot but I agree. Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love Robinson but Londot so far from what I’ve seen is deserving. Though we haven’t seen some absolutely stud freshman play yet so I mean maybe neither of them win

Kubic won B1G FOY last year, but you can make that case that Temi Thomas Ailara was more important to Northwestern than Kubic to a loaded Nebraska squad. Londot could really carry OSU, but if OSU doesn't have a good record at end of year, her chances of winning are significantly reduced, probably even minimal. That's just usually how it works. I'm not saying it's right.
