Hope she can get her ass to Japan soon. First match is a month away! Denso vs. JT will be interesting. Plummer vs. Drews. JT will also have Asian Club Championships but not sure about the date. Do we know which ASEAN players will be joining each of their teams? Jaja Santiago - 6’5”, MB (PHI), Saitama Ageo Medics Pornpun Guedpard - 5’8”, SET (THA), Toyota Autobody Queenseis Hathairat Jarat - 6’0”, MB (THA), PFU Thatdao Nuekjang - 6’1”, MB (THA), JT Marvelous Another un-ID’d Filipina player is playing and it’s not Dindin Santiago (who previously played for Toray and Kurobe).

I don't remember her saying about the move. It is a strange one. She had a really good season with Nantes. I expected her to move to Italy, Turkey, or Germany tbh. Her new club isn't in the Champion's League, but the CEV Cup so it wasn't that.

Did I miss where someone posted that Fitzmorris was going to play over seas after all? Apparently she is headed to SC Prometey in Ukraine. They are in the 1st round of the the Champions League. I thought she was injured and needed surgery?

It's a big roster but she is one of two opposites. Lora Kitpova, the setter from Bulgaria, who nearly took down the USA in the Olympic qualifiers is the teams setter. Could be interesting. It's an all Ukrainian derby in the first round of the Champions league. The winner faces a daunting foe in Dinamo Moscow. I don't see either Ukrainian team emerging victorious in that match.

Also I thought Denise Hanke (veteran German setter) retired?! She is on the roster for VC Maritza Plovdiv of Bulgaria who are in the Champions League. Also curiously on the roster are Americans Alexandra Holston and Mikayla Shields. I also thought Holston had retired early. Guess not?!

Can't say I blame her, given the uncertainty over whether she can play or not in the Chinese league, she had to make alternative plans.

Would be fun to see Lowe play in China with Larson She played for Beijing back in the 2016-2017 season. Apparently she did not enjoyed her time there, so I don't know whether she will want to play again in the Chinese League. Still, the idea of having Larson and KRob also playing in the Chinese League might change her mind.
