"Excited for that and to Americans Hill vs Mbh!!!"
Of course it isn't Hill vs MBH, it's MBH vs Sylla and Hill vs Gabby...

She played fine. Mingardi was the only hitter that showed up today for Busto. That had to have been Gennari's worst passing performance of the season. Gray then became the target and she also struggled. Vakifbank were siding out at a ridiculous rate and were playing lights out defense. Maja rarely ran the middle today and the team still dominated because MBH and Haak were in beast mode. If I were Guidetti, I would upgrade at Libero next season. She is a liability. Busto needs better passing OH's and a deeper bench. I will be curious who stays and who goes next season for the Butterflies. They could use a couple of middles. I think Stevanovic is retiring next season (don't quote me on that). I know she almost did this season. Imagine if Busto gets Rettke or something (I can dream).

Busto is way too much for Rettke’s first pro season. If she starts out at a club as good as Busto I don’t see her lasting long as a pro player.
Not a slam to Rettke; I just don’t think one of the top teams in the top league is the right place for her to begin her career. She’s going to be much too raw.

She wouldn't get a ton of playing time.. I mean look at Alhassan... it took her time to get into it at Chieri (after the Caserta fiasco) She's definitely going to get offers from them... at least in Italy the coaches are better. A team like Firenze, Perugia, Casalmaggiore... would be a great start.

I actually agree but I was just thinking about Poulter setting Rettke. I also think Thompson going to Fener for that half season was a little too much for her. I don't think players should start at teams that play at a level higher than Plummer starting at Monza (which was mid-Italian league at the time).

She wasn't expected to be a starter (until injuries took over) and she got a foot in the door.. Eczacibasi on the other hand..... that wasn't a great idea

I'd love to see Civita go back to Italy to play, she's very good (and Im surprised she doesn't have Wisconsin's 'bro jersey but thats another story) I think it'd depend on the middle situation... if Busto are willing to ease through the growing pains... it could be a good fit.. She won't have the pressure of the Champions League and whichever Cup Busto get into next season could be good experience.

I don't believe so. kwt can correct me. I think they have to finish top 3 in Italy and their SF opponent would be Imoco (assuming they beat Scandicci)

So Busto can qualify to CL only by reaching the Serie A1's finals.

That's actually so bad for Busto...their bout with COVID and Fenoglio really screwed them over.

Chieri finished 6th with 44... if Busto finishes 6th, they would face Monza and Novara... instead of Scandicci and Imoco. I know which path I would choose,
