sorry for OT. why should the japanese come back? they have a very low vaccination rate. lately I only leave 2%. and europeans are still locked out although the numbers are low and the vaccination rate will soon catch up with the usa? all that nonsense Biden no better than trump. what should the Travelban bring? The delta variant is already in place in 42 states. so the ban brings nothing. Biden scared without end. is like in Germany. Only when the number of new infections in 7 days is below 50 to 100,000 per day does it mean there is a major relaxation. then it says under 20 and now in the single-digit range in many districts it is even 0 and hardly anything changes. here in switzerland, still wearing a mask, we had 1 to 2 new infections per 100,000 residents in the last few days. all spun. |

So…so far, I have read that UH will be playing Marquette, TAMU, and Fairfield in some tournament and also slated to play USC at SSC. Sounds like a pretty good non conference schedule so far. Hopefully, UH can put together one more tournament and be done with non conference play.

Ok so not that she was “low” on my depth chart but saw this on Mia Johnson’s (public) social media and i figured I would share because…goddamn lol stock has definitely grown in my eyes. And this was back in December 😳 just imagine where she’s at by now and where she’ll be at by season. I think i saw a comment saying MJ’s vert was around 34-35” which is GOOD, especially for the women’s game. Oh nice, who’s on the radar for 2023? I know we definitely need one Middle depending on where the trajectory of Westerberg and Akana is by then we could only have 2 full time middles on the roster in Igiede and Kiraly. Probably will be fine at the pin if we can nab one stellar 2022 that can compete for time against the 4 we get this Fall and likely won’t look for a setter until 2024. Still hopeful for a libero recruit that Coach Rob is actually high on. That’s still the biggest mystery about what the future of the program will look like there. We recruited 3-4 solid 6 rotation pins for this fall(Not sure about Dermitas defensively/passing wise) so the alternative 6-2 is still on the table…as much as I’m not a fan of it lol |
