Meh, I'd argue that any five-setter is almost by definition a narrow win. Yeah, the fifth set wasn't particularly close (15-7), but Baylor only had a four-point edge over Pepperdine in the first four sets. And of course, Baylor was playing at home, which is enough of an advantage to account for one point per set. 30-28 in the 5th is the only acceptable definition of narrow. don’t be such an condescending douchebag. That’s all you’re doing unless you actually think 15-7 is a close win. Baylor has now beaten them twice. I also really like the waves and they are a great team. I wish both teams weren’t in the same bracket. Sadly feel the same way for OSU and Mizzou and WKU and WSU

Listen to the leading homer. You calling anyone else a homer is funny. And I won't deny I'm a Texas homer.

Grow up, save your insults for the playground, and take a dose of humility (especially considering you're a teenager). At the very least, understand that if you continue to post hyperbolic and biased posts, people are going to respond appropriately.

If you look at it at base value sure but is losing 15-7 In the 5th any better than losing 28-26 in the 4th?

Don’t see why you’re bringing that up now though. I’m also not saying 5 sets isn’t close. I’m rejecting that that first match was won very narrowly by baylor

Is this you admitting you're wrong and literally everyone else is right (see: humility)?

Yeah, I think going to five sets is kind of like going to overtime in basketball. Sometimes, one team is outscored 12-2 or something in the extra period and ends up losing the game by 10. But the very fact that the game went into overtime in the first place means that it was a close win in my view. Granted, in volleyball, one team could dominate two sets and lose two close ones. So maybe it's more like an NBA, NHL or MLB series that goes to a Game 7, which turns into a blowout. Regardless of the decisive game not being close, I would say that the series overall was still close.
