I know Dana used to be a dancer. Now I'm convinced she missed her calling. Volleyball is not for her.

How is Texas's mental toughness? Can they shake off mistakes and keep one error from becoming 2 or 3? Did any of that happen in their loss to Rice (honestly asking, I did not see that match)? Yes. In the first match against Baylor, Texas lost the first two sets and then won the next three. Lost the first set against Penn State and then swept the next three. Won the go ahead third set 30-28. Do you know if you own team is mentally tough? I will say this about the Badgers this year - they have definitely improved their mental toughness. Two years ago it was a nightmare, they would cruise through the first two sets, lose the third, then you could practically see the confidence eroding before your eyes. Last year it got a lot better, until we ran into Stanford in the final, and they lost just because last year's Stanford team was, IMO, about the best volleyball team in the past ten years or so. With the pandemic season Wisconsin didn't really play anyone elite (Minnesota w/o starting setter or libero, and Purdue w/o Cleveland), so we were untested until Florida Monday night. They were never down by more than 3 in the 5th set, but they did handle it to win the match. We'll see what happens tomorrow night. I'm pretty sure about one thing - both teams will be the toughest opponent the other has seen this year. Should be a great match.

It's amazing how many points the badgers gave up and still managed to win. There were at least 4 hitting errors and 1 reception error that you just normally would not see from them. That they won that set with three points to spare speaks to how much they forced control over the match, despite tripping over their own feet in the process. The three blocks were big.

I didn’t say you had to now did I? It doesn’t have to be an asterisks season for you - it is for me. Interestingly enough, you didn’t actually answer my question, but whatever. Saying it didn’t have a shred of possibility of happening is ridiculous considering the MANY matches canceled this year because of covid, including the one in the tournament. Please spare us your opinion! Request denied. Go Badgers!

As far as I know it’s from Hannah Montana. Idk if it was a thing before that tho Texas has always had great offensive players, but I think their defense has really stepped up this year. I guess you could say they’ve “got the best of both worlds”

Glad to see the players having fun. Obviously, Wisconsin players know how different the days leading up to this Final Four are than last year's "normal" year.

For people wondering, this actually how all people from Texas dance. We do this before we get on our horse to go to work.
