Wrobel is 17 in HS and 88 in club. 17 is taken (Jardine). 7 and 8 will both be available. I wonder which she picks, or if she knows yet.

That’s what I remember too. Wasn’t she committed in 7th grade or something? It was super young. That just seems odd. I'd imagine there is more to the story than we will ever know. When we pulled Hilley out of Minnesota, there was at least the immediate playing time angle. Hopefully they are laying some serious groundwork for 2024. They look to have the immediate talent for the near future, before a serious restocking is needed. They also currently appear a little short on depth for the next couple of years, but that shouldn't be a major issue. |

Wurcherer was never offered so I don’t think we can say she backed out of anything. People in the board were pleading with sheff and the staff to make a move and offer her as early as her 7th grade year. I remember that much. We had discussions about it. But my memory is that about that time the staff had started to move away from making such early offers. Hugh hadn’t. |
