I’m going with 71. (I mean we have a zero now, so why not?) I was this 🤏close! Lol Haha, Dennis must read VT. That or he's reading my mind.

But I'm convinced that Ella Wrobel and Taylor Landfair are clones. They look different, but they're the same player. Same city. Same club.

Wrobel commitment highlight vid. She looks as advertised. They show her passing and playing D a fair amount. If she can bring a passing presence and BR attack to the OH to balance Orzols, the badgers will have a lot more options in attack and in the back row. The only issue in the short term is the depth at middle.

She hits hard and jumps really well. She is impressive.

That just seems odd. I'd imagine there is more to the story than we will ever know. When we pulled Hilley out of Minnesota, there was at least the immediate playing time angle. Hopefully they are laying some serious groundwork for 2024. They look to have the immediate talent for the near future, before a serious restocking is needed. They also currently appear a little short on depth for the next couple of years, but that shouldn't be a major issue. It seems very odd to me that some of the big 2023 commits didn't choose the Badgers.... like the girls committed to Texas. They know they may ride the bench vs. having a higher chance of playing at Wisconsin. They don't seem to have a big recruiting presence from what I have heard from some high recruits. They seem to want the girls to come to them.

I got an email this morning that requests for NCAA tournament ticket are now being accepted (through Thursday the 18th).
When I went to apply, the web site did some 'interesting' things, and i had to try, re-submit, etc a couple times, before it finally went through. So maybe they weren't as ready as they thought.
But applications for tournament tickets now being accepted.

Worked for me too. But the top 4 part seems perilous, I agree.

Worked for me too. But the top 4 part seems perilous, I agree. Right now, Baylor is #4 and Georgia Tech is #6 in the RPI. Wisconsin has a head-to-head victory over Baylor. But Baylor's last 6 matches look fairly easy.
Georgia Tech has 2 losses at home (one to Notre Dame) and 1 at a neutral site.
We'll see how Georgia Tech does tomorrow against Louisville at Louisville, and at home against Pitt next Friday.
If the Badgers take another loss, it looks precarious.

Bucky needs to win out to lock up a spot at home.

Do we think the B1G champion won’t get a top 4 seed? Or do we think the badgers can’t win the B1G without winning out?

They seem to want the girls to come to them. What does “big recruiting presence” mean? UW was on the final lists of all those girls. I mean if girls want to sit on the bench, that’s their choice. I don’t know how you dissuade them from that other than make false promises.

If it is either Minn or Nebraska, Wisconsin will have beaten them as well, and will have fewer losses overall.
