I’m predicting Wisconsin and Nebraska share Big ten title with 2 losses each. Reasonable prediction. Any thoughts on who is dishing up the remaining losses?

I think Nebraska drops one with Wisconsin and one with Purdue. That final weekend with Wisconsin/Purdue both on the road on a Fri/Sat turn around is brutal. Idt they drop both, but they’ll drop one of them. Meaning they’ll drop another to one of them earlier in the season.. Then again, Nebraskas back half of their B1G schedule is brutal. 3 road games in a row with Illinois, Minnesota and OSU, and that’s following 2 home games with Purdue and Wisconsin. That could be 5 ranked teams in a row, with 4 in the top 10. Ick.

To this point, Nebraska’s league schedule has been extremely soft. Yes, Strivins is back and that is a big help. However, something is not right with this team, yet.

While that’s a tough stretch of schedule, Nebraska is incredibly fortunate that the early part of their schedule allowed them to get their footing when they were really vulnerable.

Care to explain? They’re far from perfect but their playing really well, really confidently and with more momentum than any team in the league.

I was looking at Purdues schedule. I understand that Big+ means that I need to buy the subscription and that Big Network means it’s on tv. What does it mean when it says Big Network +? Is there a second Big Ten Network channel?

Is there a second Big Ten Network channel? Good question. I'm guessing you are wondering about the Wisconsin match. I looked at the Badger schedule, and they have several matches listed that way. Indiana and Michigan State are listed as being on "B1G Network+" on the Wisconsin site, but on the IU and MSU sites the same matches are listed as being on BTN+. So B1G Network+ means BTN+ Possibly?

As a charity fund raiser, I think Penn State should hold an auction. The winner gets to look at any Russ Rose notebook of their choosing for 30 minutes. Other coaches could bid.
