What's wrong with My Gators??? Way too many weapons to be struggling; They need to start considering coaching changes. Sad to see them @ #16 in the latest poll. *14. I think it all comes back to passing. From what I saw, the passing was just so bad. That's why we lost to Stanford and it's why we lost to Baylor twice. They got in a serious funk. Now I REALLY would like to see about moving Thayer to the right, but still passing. Or I'd like to see how Beason does in the passing rotation more. Can't be much worse than the funks that T'ara gets in, eh? Or just pass with two. In the match Friday, McKissock was diving halfway across the court to jump in front of T'ara anyway... (According to a Baylor coach) One of the outsides passed 2.7–idk the rest

Can someone explain Florida's roster construction to me? How did the team end up with 5 natural middle blockers, only 2 DS's and no experienced opposites? Great question.... and they keep playig the same 2 middle, Forte is stud but they need to find an offensive M2. Don't understand why they have so manny good player out of HS that never get the chance to play. The only true opposite on the roster was never giving the chance to play and pack her stuff and left 2 years to late. Good for her! She will have her chance in K State! Same with the DS's..... Cerame and Fisher never got the chance to prove themself. So far Cerame is having a very good year at Indiana and Fisher is finding her way at Ole Miss. McKissock will get the job done but they are in need of a DS badly. UF Problem is coaching.....

There prob has always been coaching. Wise may recruit well and talent can get you so far but I’ve always thought she was a problem when it came to coaching and strategy. I just think there’s other coaches that would have mutiple titles right now with some of the teams she has had

Passing could be better but is not that big of an issue; McKissock, Cesar & Hall are above average passer. M2 is an issue, that is the weakest link on the team. Right side can be played by either of the 3 pin hitters. The team is loaded in every position, but they don't develop players and the coaching staff doesn't know how make adjustments and move players. Year in year out they have the best team in the nation but coaching is the only big problem in UF. Unfortunately they will never win until they bring a complete new coaching staff..... MW thanks for all your have done for the gator nation but is time to bring a new coaching staff.

That’s debatable but they would prob have atleast a couple. I’ve always felt wise is weak at game management and strategy. I still think it’s crazy after all the teams Florida has had it was Kentucky to get sec first title

Most people have known forever that wise constantly gets outcoached. She gets credit cause they are a top team every year and that’s because of her recruiting but as a strategic coach she has never been good

Your Gators? 90% of your posts have been shots at MW… we get it… she should have played you in that big match… seriously… she’s still forgotten twice as much about mentoring young athletes as your likely to know given your time here… that or your DD Couldn’t swing it… they lost to Baylor and Stanford… the sky isn’t falling-thats your self confidence… it’ll be ok

I am not good with stats, or history so I am not going to give you numbers. I am going to speak from being a fan. Year after year Gators have some of the best talent on the volleyball court (hence so many haters). But you would have to agree whether its my DD not playing or lack of development of talent Coach Wise is way past due when it comes to winning a National Championship. If this would of been any other sport she would of been gone a long time ago. You would have to agree it is getting harder and harder to defend Coach Wise. So until she either wins and national championship or rides off into the wild blue yonder expect more and more criticism. It is what it is!
