It's always so hard to win the first ship. Break through boys, you can do it!

This has been their biggest hurdle in the past years especially when they are on the road. If they get off their jitters from the get go they will win out. I’m guessing BYU feels the same. Fortunately for Hawaii BYU is no where close to the LBSU team they lost to in the last National final. True. BYU is no where close to the 2019 LBSU team. Also, this Hawaii team is better then the Hawaii team that faced that 2019 LBSU, for the National Championship.

Colton, Pat, and Rado are better than in 2019, but Stijn was an AA outside (taking the place of Chaz). Thelle is good, but a much different setter than Joe. Dalton was better than Voss is now.
The teams are quite different. Different strengths and weaknesses.

So when GGF serves will Chaz be in the backrow? I think that is going to be a key to the outcome of the game. If GGF tries to target Chaz with his serve, Gage and Colton will take more court, limiting GGF's target area. I feel like there's only so much room you can take up for 75 mph serves though. Even with strong passers passing 3 or 4 GGF has done damage, and all it takes is to hit a seam or line with a split-second advantage to eliminate Gasman from the middle. Ironically, it's been Eschenberg's serve that has been BYU's best scoring rotation.

Does anyone have a way to get tickets to this? I know they don't have tickets for fans, but I am open to suggestions

I could not imagine a Final without these 2 teams. Both were ranked top 2 by the AVCA all season. This match will be epic.

I have been rooting for Hawaii to win since Taylor Averill and Siki Zarkovic days and My heart still goes to Hawaii. However, the Gabi and Davide tandem is hard to beat if they’re on. BYU’s serves are better than Hawaii’s. Hawaii has a tendency to do lollipops serves in tight matches, instead of going all out. The only reliable server for Hawaii lately is Thelle. Chaz loves his lollipop serves which basically is a side out game right away and Colton has been off with his serves the past couple of matches. They can’t rely just on Rado to carry the team. I hope players are on so we see a great match. The semifinals was mehh, with just too many errors,

If Hawaii attacks their serve it will limit BYU's options to the outside.

Haven’t followed this season with the women’s season taking up most of my time. Glad to see it’s Hawaii vs. BYU in the finals. Hoping for an amazing match.

Worsley and Gasman will be the difference in the match tomorrow. Hawai'i won't be denied.
Yesterday I was banned for the day for saying that I wanted Lewis to beat the Mormons. I have nothing Mormonism, I'm just not a fan of BYU athletics. So I apologize to any Mormons that were offended by my comments

That’s Charlie’s strategy and one of the main reasons they lost in 2019.

I think Stanley might be the key to this whole thing from a BYU perspective. I questioned his 1st team AA selection but he was very good against Lewis.

I think we’ve all been waiting for this since Hawaii beat BYU in 5 last year to split the series 1-1. The Gabi vs. Rado heavyweight championship haha. This should be the highest quality match we’ve had all year, but I wish it were on ESPN like the women’s national championship. Easiest way to “grow the game” I'm just happy I don't have to stream it, cast it to my TV and deal with Apple AirPlay all night long. The play-in match and the quarter finals were nice with the B1G+ app on my TV. Trying to watch the semi-finals through streaming/AirPlay, not so much.
