Hancock is really making an argument for herself but I still don’t think they’re bringing her honestly.

Again...this German team is not playing well. They are missing two crucial players and their starting setter Denise Hanke retired last year. Soooo I wouldn't put much stock in this match tbh. The USA is looking otherworldly....just take it with a grain of salt.

I bet Poulter players tomorrow with the same hitters and then Carlini on Tuesday. If Carlini starts only setting vs. weaker opponents....I'm going to start being concerned. You should be concerned now then because for the rest of the week, USA is playing Korea and Italy - two of the bottom three in the league. |

This board is going to explode if Hancock makes Tokyo roster. I don't know what will get the worse reaction -- taking three setters again, or leaving one of Poulter/Carlini at home.
It would be a mistake to take 3 setters. We need an extra "utility" OH.

Yes. Then, Hannah Tedrow did Bugg dirty in 2015. not to mention future OLYMPIAN Sarah Sponcil ! An Olympian at the expense of another Stanford alum'/nutjob. We're really piling it on Reach and co.. But let's stop before it comes back on me, we haven't beat the Card since 2015, incl. Lanier's whole career, so I will see myself out the room now. |
