Amazing year by Purdue, best finish in the B1G in years. And another solid run in the tournament.
Excluding last year (all neutral sites) Purdue has been eliminated in a true road game every year since 2014. I understand the reason for it. But it does sting a little bit.

what's next for Purdue? they have a redshirt setter in Renner, but with Cleveland and Newton both gone, they're going to need Ellis, Chinn, and Koch to really up their consistency and play. who fills in the Otec/Hornung backrow duo?

God I hope it's Ali Hornung at libero. Can't imagine Schermerhorn would get the spot unless she works extremely hard in the spring. Maybe Torrance or Chacon get a look at DS. Yep, I always thought they were a solid #6 - #8 team and they finished season where they belong.
Congrats on a great season and big shoes to fill next year!!

I of course don't know any of the Purdue players personally, but I have to say they have very friendly fans.
We met a few of them while waiting to get into the Field House for the game, and the 15mins wait in the cold flew by as we chatted and laughed the whole time.
The team had an amazing season so lots of love and respect from me.

Has Grace Cleveland made her plans known for next season? Since there is no farewell Instagram message posted, she has either not made up her mind, or is returning for her super-senior year. Cleveland is a weapon!
