What two other middles had higher points and how many sets did they play? Sounds like Kramer had the highest points per set? Sike I miscounted. She was behind Ortiz 52 (PR), Urias 47 (Mexico), Cross 45, and Reyes 45 (PR) while Kramer had 39. I dont know how many sets she played, but she was at .74 blocks/set while no other middle was at more than .5 (the sets comment was a generalization because USA rotated their rosters way more than anyone else) Kramer and Cross also didn't have the benefit of playing Costa Rica and the Trinidad (or if you're Urias, Costa Rica twice) Thanks for the info! 8 blocks against Puerto Rico didn’t hurt either! She definitely stood out amongst the other blockers! 😉 I didn’t think Cross had one of her best tournaments but she’s still fairly consistent! Congrats to them both! |

I may be wrong, but I have always understood that this award is based solely on blocking stats. The top two blockers by blocks per set were Kramer (0.71) and Cross (0.56). I don't think it's any more complicated than that. As you say, congrats to both! |

Plus she’ll have two pro seasons under her belt after this years seniors graduate. Although there is still Hentz. Will we see her at PanAm? I would assume she’s overseas now for pro club. Maybe Curry |

Plus she’ll have two pro seasons under her belt after this years seniors graduate. Although there is still Hentz. Will we see her at PanAm? I would assume she’s overseas now for pro club. Maybe Curry Hentz doesn’t have a club yet. She was injured. Curry is done with volleyball. I think Courtney will be the backup for the time being, with Kendall being an option too |

It won't be these players, they've gone back overseas
K White (probably Ashley Evans), Jenna Gray (I would assume Gates as well), Crocker (Would assume Clark)
Stone is the only for-sure I know of. I would guess Cuttino, because the Brazilians will still be at the CSV championship.
Looks like Lodz is letting VJP stay, she might be there then.
