Do we know which federations have signed coaches for the coming quad? Several can be assumed but which ones are official besides Mazzanti and Terzić?
Japan, China and now Poland are up in the air.

I assume Ze Roberto, Guidetti and Kiraly will stay at the helm of their programs. I hope Avital Selinger stays with the Dutch. They appear to be holding steady.

China will likely have their assistant coach An Jiajie become head of the NT. He's worked with Lang Ping for quite some time now and he knows this group of players the best. There were rumors that Feng Kun and Yang Hao (Athens 2004) will join as assistant coaches though it could be wishful thinking by the fans since Feng Kun is married to Thailand's former NT coach and they currently reside in Thailand with their child.

I don't think there are any more world ranked events in 2021. (someone correct me if I'm wrong)
Qualified teams are
Serbia - defending champions Netherlands, Poland -- hosts Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic -- NORCECA Italy, Turkey -- CEV Brazil, Colombia -- CSV China, Japan -- AVC (by ranking) Cameroon, Kenya -- CAVB
The remaining teams are
(1) 2 USA (2) 8 Russia (3) 11 Germany (4) 13 Belgium (5) 14 Korea (6) 15 Bulgaria (7) 17 Canada (8) 18 Thailand (9) 20 Czech Republic (10) 21 Argentina (11) 22 Kazakhstan

Having two co-hosts makes the seeding very interesting. NED should be in pool A and POL in pool D. The top 6 teams should be seeded, the rest should be in pots. Based on Current World Rankings as of (8/30/21) Pool A: NED (Host) RUS (6) Pool B: USA (1) SRB (5) Pool C: BRA (2) TUR (4) Pool D: POL (Host) CHN (3) Drawing of Lots: Pot 1: DOM, ITA, JPN, BEL Pot 2: GER, KOR, BUL, PUR Pot 3: THA, CAN, COL, CZE Pot 4: KAZ, ARG, KEN, CMR I still don't know how they will manage the 2nd round. If it is the same format as the 2018 Men's WChamps it will be harder for teams to "plan" match ups. The FIVB will probably make it easier for NED and POL to play at home as long as possible through the first two rounds. The 3rd and final rounds should be in the Netherlands. VNL 2022 could still change the rankings right?

VNL 2022 could still change the rankings right? No. The guidelines say that the rankings are from the end of the 2021 national team season, so VNL 2022 is not included. EDIT: Oh you mean for seed? I don't know. I initially thought for qualifications.

Damn, looks like Croatia just missed out.
EDIT: Well I believe the AVC Championships being played next year will actually be counted towards the 2021 rankings, so maybe Croatia still has a chance?
It says this on the FIVB website: Due to the global pandemic crisis, events taking place outside of the official national team season calendar dates will exceptionally count towards the Senior World Ranking in 2021.

It looks like the AVC has been rescheduled to May 2022, so I think all of those teams should show up.

Usually, if all the continental qualifiers had taken place on schedule, the drawing of lots would be set months before the start of the 2022 International Season. However, with the AVC being postponed, I'm not sure when the pools will be set.
I'm curious where the Netherlands and Poland will be placed. I'm actually curious about the entire tournament structure. It appears that there will be 6 pools of 4 teams for the first round. Top two teams in each pool and the top 4 best third place teams move on and the second round. What I cannot find anywhere is how the pools will be merged.
Based on current WR, here is how the teams would be seeded if we just use the serpentine system and don't place the hosts as the top seeds.
A: USA, POL, BEL, KEN B: BRA, GER, KOR, KAZ C: CHN, NED, BUL, CZE D: TUR, JPN, COL, ARG E: SRB, RUS, PUR, CMR F: ITA, DOM, CAN, THA
I do think that the FIVB will give Poland and the Netherlands favorable first and second round positions so they will play at home until the final round which will be in the Netherlands. I'm thinking the Dutch end up seeded as top of pool A and Poland gets top of pool F.
In that case things get kind of cute:
Pool A: NED, GER, BEL, KEN Pool B: USA, JPN, KOR, KAZ Pool C: BRA, RUS, BUL, CZE Pool D: CHN, DOM, COL, ARG Pool E: TUR, ITA, PUR, CMR Pool F: POL, SRB, CAN, THA
Do we have any concrete seeding info yet?

I thought hosts were seeded in A/D following the men's 2018 WCh
