when you have a player not playing well a coaches first thought is to let her work through it. it might help down the road. but when the body language and the lack of effort continue then all you're doing is making her feel worse. i guess he has NO ONE on the bench who can come in. Knew that Melanie serve was going out from her little routine. She fumbled the ball a bit and went straight into the serve. Tiny tiny thing but same thing happens in free throw routines in basketball.
