This is a toss up to me. At this point in the season, whoever applies the most pressure consistently will win. Both teams can operate well OOS. In system, I think Texas has an edge. OOS, I give a slight edge to UW. I’ve got a lot of respect for this Husky team, not sure how this is a toss up however. I understand your position. Texas can be overwhelming when all is going well.

Looking through both teams stats as of today: Washington And Texas
I see they are "close" in that they're 10+ range of each other except in Aces and Opp Hitting Percentage. Don't know much about Washington other than what fans of Washington have put down.
For you Washington fans who haven't watched any Texas this year, here's my summation: 1. Serving, great 2. But, many service errors 3. Passing has reverted to normal chaos 4. But, Texas has had such bad passing for years that we're a great OOS hitting team 5. Small team. When one player [cough, cough] is having a bad game there's not much choice on a sub 6. Block is good, but not to the level of a typical Texas team. i.e. blocks are slow in coming and then suddenly there are a bunch of them

Literally everything you said except the “small team” bit and the errors is also true of Washington. I guess the difference is in degrees.

This could be a tough one. I just hope both teams show up to play and it is a battle. Both teams have depth and power. Will be a fun one, but I'm rooting for Washington.
