So Meredith Nelson shouldn’t have been a Gopher? No example (that you think is a counter-example) is every going to disprove that she was selfish and disloyal for leaving the state that made her for the state's arch-rival. True… since she wasn’t selfish or disloyal. |

Madison-based medical research companies. I guess she doesn't know Epic is just a software company. Is there actually another company, in a regional center like Madison?? I imagine when her job search gets serious, she'll come back home to the Cities, with lots of actual companies to choose from. with regard to both volleyball and schooling Madison is a fantastic school. There is no denying that. And there is no denying that it is head and shoulders above the U of Minn. Just the truth there, much more on par with the U of Michigan. No shame in admitting that. |

Exact Sciences
Fuji Film
Covance
Catalent.
as a start. It's a stem cell research hotbed.

You are very wrong. There is an entire research park (two, actually) of scientific companies. There are dozens of scientific startups. There is also a research hospital that does, you know, science. And there are four other hospitals and a major University that employ... scientists.

Ok, I'll play. There are several biotech companies in Madison: Promega Exact Sciences Fuji Film Covance Catalent. as a start. It's a stem cell research hotbed. Never heard of any of these, but that doesn't mean anything, of course. I'm sure they are important in a niche. If Hilley wants to work at a stem cell start-up, then perhaps a small regional center like Madison is the perfect spot. I would not be able to say otherwise. |
