Hopefully the game with Texas gets moved to ESPN 2 too. I believing you are dreaming with that hope. The match is at 2PM on Saturday. Not going to take a football game off ESPN2 for volleyball. If volleyball wants to more games on the better channels, it needs to do a smarter job of scheduling. The two Texas-Baylor matches are expected to decide the Big 12 champion so they should be the two most attractive conference season matchups. Both matches are scheduled on Saturdays (@ Baylor at 2:00 and in Austin at 7 PM). So the two best matches will remain on ESPN+ and LHN. ESPN doesn't seem to want to pull our home matches off LHN, but why isn't the match at Baylor on Wednesday or Sunday with an excellent chance of getting on ESPN2 or ESPN? I did not realize it was a 2 PM on a Saturday, what the heck?!?

Really hoping Harrison is back this week for two road matches @ ISU and @ KU. Baylor should definitely be capable of winning against ISU without her but the game against Kansas will be much tougher. Elise McGhee isn’t bad, but Harrison just brings a lot more at this point.
Luckily Baylor has one of the best middle duos in the nation right now and Sczech has gotten much more comfortable.

Baylor has won 4 of 5 ROTW awards with 3 different players. Dacosta or Keene next? They’re probably the least likely as DS’s.

My favorite parts were the HUGE hug from the left pin, and then McGuyre's quick low five.

My favorite parts were the HUGE hug from the left pin, and then McGuyre's quick low five. Thats Elise McGhee giving her the hug. This team seems to get along so well. Baylor’s always had good culture, but with so many new faces, they got a chance to start fresh again and build from what was already in place.

Bears swept West Virginia this morning (25-12, 25-9, 25-23). Baylor hit .377 on the match and held WVU to -.011, while siding out at 80%.
Baylor had 3 players hit above .500- Harrison went 10-1-18 (.500), Szcech 6-1-9 (.556), and K. McGhee 10-1-16 (.563). She also had 10 blocks to get the double-double.
Talbert and Simpson still both in a bit of a slump. Hopefully they're back on track for the big match vs. Rice next week.

I'm going to try to go to that one. I don't care how down West Virginia is this year, 80% side out is still astounding.
