She not only has to sign, she has to send the NLI in and it has to be accepted and processed by the school before it's official. That's why there's usually a lag between when a student-athlete makes an announcement on social media and when the school makes its official release. Nevertheless, congratulations to Stella for her doing her part in signing the NLI. |
