Wow! So Hakas commitment was reliable. Just how good is she to get this hype? Also, who between them will get more PT considering We still have Alexander and Wagoner.

When a player signs NLI, is it like a contract on her end? Yes. Accepting the scholarship offer agreement etc. That said, there's been lots of scenarios where a player changes their minds (usually extenuating circumstances), and the school will let them off the hook, but not always.

The wahine are lucky to have Tali and Stella. They are both going to be absolute beasts. I agree. Watched some of Tali matches on video and I love her game. Great all around player, flies all over the floor and very fiery. She is Robyn's type of player. I think she is a team captain type. Stella also has a bright future but she is still young and will no doubt grow. Tali will be 20 years old when she gets here so she will be a little more advanced and experienced and will help immediately.

My prediction is UH will go 6-2 with Hakas and Wagoner going 6 rotations. Alexander and Akana will be OPPs and sub in when the setters(Lang and Matias) rotate to the front row. Love this lineup because this will give us 3 front row attacker at all time. When you add that both Hakas and Wagoner can hit the BIC, you add another weapon. Adeyemi could spell one of the hitters if they struggle but I don't see Stella being a 6 rotation player yet so she is going to have to do spot duties her first year and go full time in 2024 when Riley and Brae move on.

Yea I see this being the most likely lineup as well, we’ll have 2 solid setters and I Stella will likely be the one needing to acclimate to D1 play but it will be good for her to not have too much pressure because she’s going to take over for Riley immediately the following years.

I don't doubt she can. I just don't see her beating out Riley nor Tali. They are both primary passers and will hard to take either of them out due to them passing and good defenders.

What’s annoying is that someone said Stella “reminds them of Caylen” in the comments on her commitment and that couldn’t be farther from the truth. 2 completely different types of approaches and levels of dynamism. I get that it’s supposed to be complimentary but ughhhh

I do wonder if Logan told Tali to go where she can play instead of going to a school and battling for PT and spending her time on the bench. Hard to get better sitting on the bench. I guess Hawaii is a good fit since Logan knows Robyn and how Robyn is big on player development. Tali's extensive international experience will be valuable. She has played in over 61 international matches since 2016 so she has played tons of volleyball.

Wow! So Hakas commitment was reliable. Just how good is she to get this hype? Also, who between them will get more PT considering We still have Alexander and Wagoner. Tali starts on the Israeli National Team and plays 6 rotation. She'll likely start at Hawaii. She's interesting, doesn't jump particularly high or hit hard but has a knack for scoring points. Tali is more consistent than Wags, but Wags might have the higher ceiling.

They’ll both need to be ready to take over for Riley when she graduates
