Creighton plays at 1pm tomorrow... thats weird. Is something going on on campus? First 200 fans get a free $5 for the concession stands There is another event scheduled for the evening, but more importantly, Coach Booth's daughter has a volleyball match in the state tournament in Lincoln at 5 PM.

My original thought was they were bussing in elementary schools/club teams. My kids have the day off of school, so I took a half day to entertain them in the afternoon and then found out the game was an afternoon game. I've been to the school day at CU baseball games, I'm glad it's not that. Maybe I should find NET or a streaming broadcast and see how many CU players are at the high school tournament this evening.
Edit: Yes, we're going to the Creighton match.

Ndam-Simpson was fun to watch last night. I wonder if she can play RS and challenge to be a starter for Creighton next year at RS.

I've been thinking about Creighton's offense for a bit... and wanted to look a bit deeper into it and how their attacking is being distributed So looking at non-conference
Norah Sis: 574 (32.6%) Keeley Davis: 360 (20.4%) Ava Martin: 153 (8.7%) Kiana Schmitt: 269 (15.3%) Kiera Reinhardt: 166 (9.4%) Kendra Wait: 107 (6.1%) Big East - Through Marquette Match
Norah Sis: 269 (31.5%) Keeley Davis: 123 (14.4) Ava Martin: 158 (18.5%) Kiana Schmitt: 104 (12.2%) Kiera Reinhardt: 80 (9.6%) Kendra Wait: 67 (7.8%) Big East - Post MarquetteNorah Sis: 280 (35.2%) Keeley Davis: 61 (7.8%) Ava Martin: 125 (15.7%) Kiana Schmitt: 121 (15.2%) Kiera Reinhardt: 69 (9.7%) Kendra Wait: 58 (7.3%) In the non-conference, there's a chunk missing for Jazz Schmidt (like 6%.. but she was dealing with injuries on and off) Other missing %s are sub ins for Milner, Clapp, Remmes, etc which i didnt count. I will say some of this confirms what I was thinking. - You can see the shift of moving Ava and Keeley to the opposite pin.
- Norah has been used more recently, compared to earlier in the season (Kendra is using her out of the backrow a lot more)
- Keeley is pretty much just chilling now lol (Although Im surprised to see Ava's attempts dip, but that could be because of the schedule and Norah)
I thought Wait's percent would be higher, but she's just being more efficient. (.487 from the Marquette match on, compared to .344 pre-marquette)
is any of this important? probably not. just thought tendencies were interesting.

what I find so interesting about these ^ is that I have known Creighton to be a defensive minded team, they led the country in opp hitting last season, and were top 5 in digs a set... but it looks like they rounded out offensively this season, as they are top 6 in kills per set & assists per set

They're 202 in the country this year with 1.98 blocks/set They were 5th last year with 2.85 They were 8th in digs/set last year (17.84), 13th (16.91) this year
