The fact that UCLA knew for weeks that there was a very strong possibility that Sealy would be let go, and have still not announced a new HC, tells me the top candidate, or perhaps a person who has already verbally accepted the position, is at the final 4, No, not necessarily. |

The whole Texas move was not kind to his personal life and being somewhere familiar might be attractive. I don’t see any of these Final 4 coaches leaving, even Petrie. USD has been better than UCLA for a cool minute |

He might have to live in his car, tho. 200k in that part of LA doesn’t get you far. I dunno, probably 60% or more of UCLA and USC coaches - all sports - live in the South Bay, my neck of the woods. They all seem to make it work OK. As far as I can tell, at least. |
