I’m sorry what? Runs to google. Lol it’s true. If they’re gonna have Merritt pass (which they should), they should just stick Rhett out there. Everyone wants it to happen. Mary give the people what they want.

Beason just looks so good with her shots & decisions & like she’s a JR or SR. If that is the difference in ONE year with her, I’m EXCITED to see the next two

Go Stanford! They win in 5, 15-10 with a kill by Francis. What a close match. Kill by Francis is a generous description (even if technically it was correct) 🤣

the ncaa second leading kill scorer last season is on their bench lmao I’m sorry what? Runs to google. Rhett Robinson queen. Played middle for a school in my district. Ended up staying local to North Texas (UNT) where she slowly converted from middle, to right side, to outside because she was so terminal. Ended up with 5.28 kills per set last year. Decided to use her fifth year at Florida.

Kendall went from hitting negative to hitting over .400 in the span of one set IMO, this is the issue with Kipp overall though. In one moment she's a POY candidate, the next, she's hitting out, into the net, etc. making errors all over the place. The inconsistency is painful when she's so damn talented. Kendall Kipp in her Ben Patch era ig

Zadison Grey clearly wants his team serving tough.

Stanford's whole approach is to constantly serve tough. That means you are going to serve out. It is easy to serve in if you lollipop the ball.
We need to go to Francis more. A lot more. Francis hit 500 but only got 20 sets. That is a crime. She also had a team leading 9 blocks. I have not been this excited about a Stanford MB since Inky.
Rubin is going to be a star. I love how hard she hits. 121 isn't great but isn't that much different than Kipp & Baird.
Gotta pump the middle to open up the pins......

Francis low-key the MVP with 12 kills (.500) and 9 blocks 6 blocks in the first 2 sets, at which time Florida finally figured out it's a really !!!!###$$$!!!ing bad idea to lob high balls where she can easily close and then hit right at all 6'6" of her.

doesn't get any easier for either team as Florida will head to Minnesota, while Stanford goes home to host top ranked Texas
