Badger schedule currently shows Baylor v Wisconsin being streamed by LHN (longhorn network) on ESPN+. Both matches next weekend for UW look to be streaming. Why would the Longhorn Network, a station by and for UT sports, broadcast a Wisconsin/Baylor game? I agree. This is weird. Still not showing up on ESPN. |

System: I'm guessing they will go with a 6-2 to start. I think they will want to see it work in a real match. Demps/Smrek subbing for Hamill/Ashburn in front row and hitting from RS. Orzol and Franklin playing around as OH. They will change to tried and true a 5-1 in second set if things get hairy. Hammill sets in that instance. (I have almost convinced myself that Ashburn may get the nod, but only based the fact that they save a serving sub as a result, which they may need.) Middles. CC and Robinson. I think Hart will see some time, but she won't start... yet. Libero: Shanel if she can go. If Shanel can't go, I'm guessing AnnMac as well due to serving. GG will DS. She only just arrived and may need some integration. I expect she will eventually replicate Barnes and Clark though. I agree Wrobel will see some time. My how far Boyer has fallen? What role did she play in the scrimmage? Serving specialist? Defensive substitutuon? Going from starting libero at Iowa to 4th string here?? Gülce has a considerable distance to get to Barnes playing level. I don't see her reaching that in her first season. I think the Badgers will explore the 6-2 but will ultimately stick with the 5-1 and rotate starts between Hart and C.C and Wrobel will get Sets 3 or 4 in relief of Orzol at least early on in the season. The 5-1 still allows for Demps to play a key role in the back row and as a high level back row attacker. I realize Franklin is adept also at this. Did MJ set Franklin any back row attempts in the scrimmage. I |

Subscribed to ESPN+ before the price increase. I still do not see a listing for the Baylor game. 😧

Did MJ set Franklin any back row attempts in the scrimmage. Yes, there was a good bit of backrow setting by both “teams” in the scrimmage. |

A good bit of the lineup on the floor at the Field House for TCU last year are on the roster again this year. All five that you highlighted, plus DS Cecily Bramschreiber. Her sister also plays volleyball. |

Like the animal facts Rainbow. My parents always used to recount how my brother used "horny toads" as book markers when he was a kid in the Texas Panhandle. Don't know how he handled the blood spurting from the pages. Maybe he was into horror?

I was told it was the red ant invasion in the 70s, but now I know better. |

Not specific to the TCU match, but to the weekend at TCU:
The schedule page to the UW team web site has had for the last day or two a link for 'video' for the Bayloy match supposedly going to be on the Longhorn Netwrok and ESPN-Plus (though it never did show on the 'upcoming schedule at ESPN-Plus). Now that video link on the UW page has disappeared.
It seems increasingly likely that the Baylor match is not going to be streamed anywhere (likewise the Friday Baylor-Minnesota match on Friday). Hope I'm wrong.
