I moved Ohio State down to 8 from 7 last week for those two losses to Texas, which aren't bad at all. The most significant jumps for me were San Diego, Baylor, Marquette, and Arkansas. Although I didn't have enough room to fit the Razorbacks in my Top 25, they are on the cusp.

IMO - there were more teams 'worthy' of being in the T25. A handful of teams played their way into the T25 while other's didn't do anything wrong to get out. This created a bit of a logjam at the bottom (for me). What do you do with UCF who didn't play? They dropped from #24 in my preseason ballot to off. Western Kentucky was another casualty. Purdue, Baylor, Kansas, and Arkansas making a case to be in the T25 and Michigan who think should have already been in the T25. Just not enough room right now for everyone deserving. Baylor making a case to be in the top 25?? They made a case to certainly be in the top 15 and close to top 10… They weren't in my preseason T25. I now have them a #19.

I feel like there is a lot of potential movement from #3 on down right now. I am much higher on Mississippi State (I had them at #14).
I am one of the people that moved Texas to #1 this week. On related topic - their chances of being a reginal seed this year has to at least 90%. No other team could be close to 50% likely (probably no one else above 25% likely).

I’ve always thought OSU was overrated the last like 3 seasons but they have a real chance to prove to me that they are legit by beating San Diego and Louisville this week.

I always love looking at the highest/lowest part of the rankings. Thanks for including that!

Do voters rank certain teams higher to try and combat other ballots, thinking that team won’t get the respect they deserve by other voters? And also vice versa, by not ranking a team? Seems like the only explanation for some of these votes lol (on this poll and past ones).
