I don't think Larson's broken heart will be fixed by Paris. And JT was looking for somebody that loved her more than they loved Jesus. Her new theme song is that famous one by Amy Winehouse. Larson's broken heart? Details please. volleytalk.proboards.com/thread/90557/jordan-larson-leaves-longhorns-coachingI can't remember if the Texas thread discussed it but if they did you could probably find it there too

I’m thinking Karch didn’t want to show the full A-team in a potential rematch somewhere down the line. But then again, they technically have 3 days between now and the next match against DR. Will he go full force then? Carlini or Poulter? What evidence points to Poulter doing anything better before/after injury in this tournament? LC is outplaying her right now. I’m not sure how it’s even a debate. The starting lineup needs to be strong: Frantti/Cook Chi/Hall Drews/Carlini JWO Washington and SWP need to be on hot standby. Everyone else can chill.

Can we get some discussion and thoughts on how the first round went overall? Meh. Beat the teams they should. Didnt bother with the good team. Round 2 will be more telling. Stonks Up: Carlini, Chiaka, Frantti, Stevenson Same: JWO, Hentz, Washington, SWP, Poulter Down: Cuttino, Drews, Kelsey, Bajema, Tapp I thought Bajema held her own. She received a lot of the serves and did a not so bad job. And it seems like she was more terminal than Kelsey.

Whether people like it or not, besides Frantti, KP is probably the most terminating OH USA has whether it’s a kill or an error. I feel like when you play teams like Serbia and when Bosko is automatic as long as it is a hittable ball, KP could make a difference 1000%

brazilians were shook, she was terrible on minas I really do not know her previously, but seeing her playing VNL against China makes me wonder about Karch's decision. I cannot even describe how terrible she is.... in all aspects.... in a lot of words... Gosh... why does Plummer not willing to switch to opposite? And also, I think if Annie struggles, Karch can put three outside hitters, no CUTTINO !!! PLEASE!!! Do we really know if Plummer was asked and refused to play opposite? If yes, she should talk to Matt Anderson asap. He played OH in his clubs and Opposite on the NT. We need Kathryn!
