I confess this surprises me a bit.... how's this different from Gregory Torres situation? Gregory Torres is academically ineligible, so he won't be seeing any playing time this season. According to the broadcasters on the LIU vs Hawaii match last night, Cavalcanti went pro and it's a similar situation with Miles Partain. |

I confess this surprises me a bit.... how's this different from Gregory Torres situation? Gregory Torres is academically ineligible, so he won't be seeing any playing time this season. According to the broadcasters on the LIU vs Hawaii match last night, Cavalcanti went pro and it's a similar situation with Miles Partain. This would be another great topic to touch on for next year's Fantasy League. It's an interesting scenario to say the least, but kudo's to the players for seeing the bigger picture and going after it! |

It's an interesting scenario to say the least, but kudo's to the players for seeing the bigger picture and going after it! indeed. I see the similarity between Cavalcanti and Partain and I appreciate After Dawn choosing not to grant himself an additional add/drop but I don't see why Torres case is different. If a player is permanently removed from the roster, whatever the reason is, it would make sense for me to be consistent in allowing an extra add/drop or not. |
