Please do say more about how LOU is better coached. I’ve seen this twice. I’m absolutely intrigued. the highest ranked recruit out of high school on Louisvilles roster was #19 overall and the only top 30 (might be 40) recruit they have. not saying it means they're better coached, but certainly something to notice. back to back final fours and a natty appearance with only one player that was actually being recruited by top tier programs as a high schooler seems pretty unique to me That is some very compelling evidence, counselor. :-) |

This attitude is why he's only cashed in on a single title in that time. Edit: since this was apparently misinterpreted, I'm being a bit sarcastic here, as I'm responding to someone who felt the need for "sarcasm font" tags. I don't think that anyone can just roll out the ball just because they're talented. But I do think Texas has over-relied on its talent advantage at times. |

NCAA please replace the public address announcer! What an insult to volleyball fans of teams represented and the real volleyball fans everywhere. I don't need to be told there are 3 points to go in a set when in fact the set could go longer than 25 points or 15 points. He was just annoying!

The assertion was that JE isn’t a good coach, when it’s pointed out that a bad coach wouldn’t have that kind of record (UT has great resources to get the job done but Jim Moore showed what a bad or even mediocre coach could do with the program) people are like “but uhhhh how many titles does he have?” Hugh is a good coach too, and he has 0 titles. It’s part of being the big bad Texas but you hear the same fallacious argument every week on this board and it’s boring |
