They both do but both of their scholarships are up as well. Returning seniors will be a big question mark for next season. If Virtue has a scholarship available I would imagine it would go to Grant if she wants to take a victory lap. Glad to hear that Grant has another year of eligibility at least. She really deserves to have a full final season. |

Regarding Grant's and Murray's scholarships being up, do you think it's just coincidence that two of the six 2024 commits didn't sign last week. I.e. could that mean there are now two 'ships open?

Season RecapImpressed at how the team kept itself together despite many challenges this year. 17th in attendance is impressive. Really happy about the home win vs. Ohio State on the Fox TV broadcast. Looking forward to what the 2024 season has in store.

I was also impressed by this. They had every excuse to just "mail it in," and didn't. Hopefully that culture endures, and hastens their return to the top half of the B1G.

Looking forward to what the 2024 season has in store. My first reaction when I read the season recap was "Wait, we swept Michigan State on September 22? I want the State Pride trophy back!".  I agree on the attendance numbers, very impressive considering the overall drop in quality of play this season. There are a lot of volleyball fans in SE Michigan craving for more. Hopefully we will see incremental improvement next season, it is still a program in transition in many ways. I hope to have the 2024 thread posted soon! |
