In the middle we have Okur, Kulig, Mia Hood, Kaya Hood, and Waye. Doezma could always step in and play middle as well.
I’m hoping for some improvement this season with a few more upset wins. I’ll start a 2024 thread soon!

I see MSU sticking with the 6-2 next season.
OH: Holdem and Courtley
M: Kulig and M. Hood
S: Bishop and Muisinga
OPP: Moore and Doezma
L: Iosia
Lots of depth at DS with Karolina S., plus Foley and Bolton (both second team AA coming out of HS). Preston, Karolina S., and Kelly as backups on the outside. I wonder if Doezma definitely stays on the outside or goes back to middle where there is not as much depth.

I'm unfamiliar- maybe some Big 12 fans could weigh in.

In the tea thread they said she has had some promising matches but was inconsistent. Definitely had some bigger kill numbers in a few matches it looks like (23 vs Boise State, 20 vs K-State, 28 vs Tulsa, 22 vs Texas Tech) |

With additions to the league, how long before Sparty is in the NCAA tournament? My impression is that the task just gets a lot more difficult. Nine or ten teams out of 18.

I think things are headed in the right direction. The 2024 class is solid and the portal additions filled needs. 2024 will be the first time under Leah with a more experienced group so hoping the upward trajectory continues. I think Iosia coming back for a 5th year shows a lot of faith in the staff.

If the PAC-10 teams weren’t joining the conference, then I think they would have had a good shot next season. I think it’s gonna be a lot more difficult with all the new super-conference. Really excited about Courtley joining the team. I think she is going to make a big impact on the team. |
